The main advantages of the apartment are:
- friendly and communicative staff (greetings to Camelia)
- close location to the city center and main attractions of Bucharest
- really pleasant choice for short stay in the city
- More effort should be put into the cleaning services;
- Everything else was great!

easy
I was under pressure to pay the entire amount in Romanian currency in cash to a random person who has a small kiosk on the ground floor. I was told he didn´t speak English and would not be able to give me a receipt. They refused to accept credit card until I said I would refer the matter to Booking.com - which I did. There is still no answer from booking.com which in my opinon undermines its credibility.
