Serenity on Swan - 10 min drive from Perth City

The house was humongous and wonderful for a big family outing like ours (5 adults and 3 kids). The hosts were very responsive on the app, and could provide remote assistance. The entire place had 4 rooms, and all clean and tidy when we came. The two toilets were also clean and comfortable for use. The hosts also provided some welcome drinks and Nespresso capsules for use, plus very comprehensive kitchenware that we could use for our meals in. The place is near to Swan River, even though it might be a little off Perth City centre. If you have a car that would be no issue at all with the giant garage to park even 4 cars. The neighbourhood is serene and quiet, good enough for a good sleep. If we really had to pick on anything, it is the presence of some cockroaches at the garden outside. But why should we complain if we can share this beautiful compound with some other creatures?

Some cockroaches in the garden which did give us a little scare. But after that we left each other alone.
