The heart of the home is the gourmet kitchen, complete with a butler’s pantry and high-end appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The multiple living areas include an upstairs rumpus room, perfect for movie nights or quiet relaxation. For families, the kids’ breakout and playroom provides a dedicated space for little ones to have fun while adults entertain in the elegant open-plan living and dining area.

Other Things to Note:
BEFORE YOU BOOK
• Check-in is 3:00pm and check-out is 10:00am.
• Early check-ins or late check-outs cannot be accommodated due to housekeeping schedules.
• If you need to arrive early or leave late, please book an additional night (subject to availability).
CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
• Full check-in instructions are sent 24 hours before arrival.
• The guidebook is sent 30 mins prior to check in and includes Wi-Fi details, parking details, images and everything needed for a smooth check-in.
• For security reasons only one set of keys are provided per stay. Guests are welcome to use the lockbox to securely store and share the keys between themselves. It’s a safe and easy way to manage access if people are arriving or leaving at different times.
GUEST IDENTIFICATION
• At least one valid ID is required from the booking guest.
• ID is collected securely via online check-in in line with Airbnb’s privacy policy.
• Your ID is never shared with anyone and is stored according to privacy regulations.
• We may ask you to complete additional security screening and questions if your stay is less than 48 hours away.
BONDS / SECURITY
• A $250 Emergency Access & Security Reset fee applies if you lose your key, lock yourself out, or require assistance to regain access to the property.
THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS
• No third-party bookings.
• The person making the booking must be part of the group staying at the property.
STARTER SUPPLIES
• A small starter pack is provided (tea, coffee, milk, toilet paper etc.).
• These are not intended to last the full stay they are simply to help you settle in.
• Additional items should be purchased by guests as needed.
TRAVEL COT & HIGH CHAIR
• A travel cot and high chair are provided free for your use.
• Please bring your baby’s own linens / sleeping bag for safety and hygiene reasons.
RESPONSIBLE HOSTING
• We aim to provide an excellent stay and a positive experience.
• No behaviour that disturbs neighbours, damages property, or breaches Airbnb policy will be tolerated.
• Parties, excessive noise, and unauthorised visitors are strictly prohibited. Your reservation may be cancelled and you may be asked to leave immediately without refund if found to be in breach of Airbnbs no party policy.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
• Any food, drinks, or personal belongings left behind will be disposed of during the cleaning turnover unless you notify us within 3 hours of check-out, as cleaners begin cleaning immediately upon your check-out and cannot store items.
LISTING DISCLOSURE
• By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the listing details and these house rules.
• Information disclosed during the booking process cannot be used as grounds for grievances.
