About this house rental
Modern home very close to Scarborough beach foreshore, restaurants, cafes, shops, playgrounds, grocery stores, bus stops and parks.

Study nook with desk, chair and monitor in case you need to to get some work done while on your trip.
For those who travel with young children, we're happy to provide you with bottle steriliser, cot/crib, pram/stroller, highchair, children eating & drinking utensils, books and toys etc at no extra charge. We understand how challenging travelling with young children can be. And there is also a large and deep ceramic sink in the laundry that is perfect for bathing baby and toddler.
Bedding configuration:
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed
Bedroom 3: Queen size bed and a bunkbed (2 single beds)
Bedroom 4: Queen size bed
The kitchen has sparkling stone bench tops and fully equipped with all your cooking needs including coffee machine, gas stove, large oven, dishwasher, rice cooker, full size refrigerator/freezer, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, banking trays, cups, glasses, dishes etc.
Dining room has formal dinning table & chairs. There is also a breakfast bar in the kitchen for casual meals. For the children, there is a highchair (feeding chairs) as well as small table and chairs for the little kids.
Lovely courtyard with outdoor dining set, seating bench and a Weber BBQ grill. This courtyard gets good shade in the afternoon, perfect for afternoon BBBQ.
Full size laundry with a washing machine, a clothes dryer machine as well as clotheslines (Perth dry sunny weather will dry your clothes in just a couple of hours, it's amazing!).

Mimi was a great host. Her house was impressively clean. The kitchen well stocked with all the condiments needed for cooking. Her communication was clear and responded on time. We love her house. Thank you for having us.

Very nice house with a very nice host. A good size for larger families/groups and very well equipped. Good location with Scarborough Beach only a short walk. Would definitely recommend.

This property is clean and tidy and in a great location. Overall we were very happy with it. A couple of things that we found odd were the house sleeps 8 people but the dining setting and outdoor setting is only for 6? The upstairs toilet that is shared between the main bathroom and the ensuite bathroom does not have working locks on the door making it 'uncomfortable' for anyone using that toilet with a group staying there. Property manager Mimi was very helpful and easy to deal with.
