The house is lovely, well-equipped, spacious, and located in a nice neighborhood.
The bathrooms are dated; the shower screens have gaps that cause water to overflow to the bathroom floor when showering; towels were provided for only 8 pax but there were 10 of us; the front door couldn’t be locked upon check-out.

Great central location on claisebrook cove, lots of coffee and cafe options. House has everything you need, we had a family holiday of 4 adults. It was great.
The decor is becoming a bit dated and kitchen bench tops need a bit of a revamp .

It is a beautiful house. Location is wonderful, close to restaurants and easy walk to Cat 3 free bus. Good size kitchen and dinning area. 2 bedroom are spacious.
Both Bathroom are good but showers leak water over floors then slippery. No instruction for oven which had no temperature gauge. 2nd/3rd bedrooms on 3rd floor lots of steps especially taking up luggage.

Fantastic location and house and facilities were amazing.
Disappointed there were not 5 individual beds made up as requested for 5 pensioner ladies travelling. Only 4 made up - one a bunk bed . It was suggested to make up the sofa bed ourselves and then wash the linen ourselves if we chose this option , even though we requested 5 .
