Localização boa. Apto com boas áreas e confortável.
O estore da minha janela estava partido e tive luz a entrar no quarto o que não me deixou ter boas noites de sono. A limpeza não foi a melhor, notou se que o imóvel teve obras recentes e havia muito pó de obra por todo o apto. Roupa de cama que estava guardada para as noites mais frias estavam sujas e cheias de pó.
