Le patio, la petite terrasse et la vue depuis la grande terrasse. La proximité de la plage même à pieds pour les bons marcheurs, l’accès en voiture. Toujours de la place pour se garer.
La cabine de douche et l’insonorisation aux heures de pointe. Une cafetière électrique et un grille pain seraient un plus.

Juan the host was very friendly and helpful. We had some issues during our 5 night stay, but he was easily contactable and did his best to resolve them. The location was exactly what we wanted, and Juan's recommendations for restaurants and busses was very helpful.

Sehr schön, wir waren mitten im Wohngebiet in der wunderschönen Landschaft im nördlichen Rand der Stadt. Mit dem Bus 1 Minute von der Wohnung entfernt kommt man sehr gut ins Zentrum. Die Wege zu Fuß zum Strand oder in die Stadt sind zahlreich und abwechslungsreich. Einkaufen sogar mit Bioladen ist in der Nähe einfach zu finden.
Einmal gab es Gäste, die etwas rücksichtslos waren, um die sich der Gastfreundliche Gastgeber unaufgefordert selbst 'gekümmert' hat, wofür wir sehr dankbar waren.

BATHROOM! Shower is tiny. Water goes everywhere. Floods the whole floor, out the door… regardless of me trying different positions with shower nozzle… tracked water throughout the room.
