Lage war sehr gut, in zweiter Reihe am Strand. Direkt vor dem Haus die Bushaltestelle. Wohnung sehr sauber und alles Notwendige da.
Die Wohnung war im UG, kein Balkon, keine Terrasse. Die Schranktüre im SZ ließ sich nicht schließen und fiel aus der Schiene; konnte sie mit Hilfe wieder einhängen, im Badezimmer waren nachts Kakerlaken unterwegs. Das Laminat ist an vielen Stellen beschädigt - bei unserer Ankunft war der Boden noch pitschnass - nicht gut für Laminat. Ansonsten sieht die Wohnung wirklich aus wie auf den Fotos. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ziemlich abgewohnt und bräuchte eine Renovierung.
