Rooms in Seafront Villa

Rafa the caretaker of the hotel is a very nice person. He is very helpful and cooperative. The view from the terrace was excellent - you can see the Sea and hills. The hotel is located on a hill near to El Deco beach. The beach was like 10/12 mins down hill walk from the hotel. We have booked king size deluxe AC room and the room was big and The bed was also comfortable enough for us- a family of 3 including an infant < 1 year. The AC was powerful. There is a big common kitchen with many amenities and also mineral water bottles are available (for a small price) which was really helpful. The terrace had a nice bed too in case you want to sleep outside under the stars. Swimming pool was well maintained too, we loved the whole setup of the pool and sides.

This property is not applicable for the people with mobility challenges and also for families with baby stroller and big suitcases unless they offer the terrace room. Basically in order to reach our room, we had to take stairs down and also within the room there were stairs which couldn’t be avoided. It was pretty challenging and coming back from the beach walking up hill becomes challenging too with stroller. In addition it’s not so easy for a Non pet loving person as they have a Racoon as a pet along with a cute dog. And the raccoon roams around the hotel/terrace beds etc. We found it not so friendly for an infant as Raccoon is considered as wild animal. In addition the room was pretty old built with water marks on the walls.

The location is a little run down for the cost

Rafael is the nicest man ever and goes over and above to help you. He actually went on his motorbike at 11pm at night to collect a bag my mum had left in a restaurant. He has a really kind way about him x

Excellent location , room with a view and other addon like swimming pool , gym etc . The host rafael was really helpful from organising till getting us set . Walkable distance to beach and other major hotel chains. Suggestions shared by rafael helped us plan better . Parking on the streets , quite easy to find space
