La cercanía a la playa y la tranquilidad de la calle
Por poner algo que la pica donde lavarte la cara estuviera dentro de la ducha y fuera "mini". Si tienes problemas de movilidad este apartamento no es para ti, escaleras para acceder al apartamento y escaleras para acceder al dormitorio.

La ubicación es excelente. A escasos metros de la playa.
La limpieza dejó mucho que desear, en general. Rincones donde no ha movido estanterías ni limpiado en semanas. El baño necesita un cambio urgente, dispone de una estantería metálica sin puerta, sucia y de mal aspecto. El lavabo está dentro de la bañera... Muy poco práctico. La habitación en lo alto es bastante incómoda, ya que el tejado tiene pendiente y te das cabezazos. El colchón está para cambiarlo urgentemente, te undes al centro. En general, poco cómodo, aunque su ubicación es excelente. Para una semana es poco práctico, para un finde, genial.
