L'appartamento è nuovo e impeccabile..ampio, luminoso accogliente e pulito..è presente un bellissimo balcone vetrato, che se non fosse per questo caldo avremmo potuto goderne, le camere sono ampie e comode con ogni sorta di appoggio per valige e vestiti, i bagni moderni..la proprietaria molto gentile simpatica e disponibile!

Nulla è stato tutto perfetto

Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmer. In jedem Zimmer war eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte (Inkl. Kaffeemaschine & Kapseln). Der Empfang war sehr herzlich (inkl. Sektflasche) und wir konnten uns bei Fragen jederzeit melden. Ein Supermarkt war innerhalb von ca. 5min zum Fuß zu erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle war ebenfalls in der Nähe (mit direkter Anbindung zur Innenstadt).

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Florence. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions and make sure everything was perfect. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. The area is quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated, yet it’s still very convenient. There is a bus stop nearby that makes getting around simple, and a supermarket within walking distance for anything you might need. Overall, this place is highly recommended and we would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Grande cortesia e disponibilità dell'host che ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo. Appartamento molto grazioso e spazioso, e a sorpresa aveva anche una camera in più rispetto a quello che ricordavo :D. Ben arredato, con 2 bagni e una graziosa veranda dove potersi rilassare a fine giornata.

Niente di dipendente dall'host, purtroppo nella zona stanno facendo dei lavori per la tranvia e un nuovo ponte e purtroppo la viabilità era fortemente influenzata, ma nell'arco i alcune settimane ipotizzo che la cosa sarà risolta apportando vantaggi maggiori per l'appartamento.
