Great big apartment, location walkable to the old town, free safe private carpark. Everything was working and was clean in the apartment, good air-condition, washing machine, coffee machine and free coffee for us to use.
We didn´t like the check in (Florence law ....it took us nearly 1 hour to register to pay the Florence tax....as it is including taking pictures of all passports back and forward and all of us as well.....) but after that, it was all fine.
