Clean, nicely decorated, quiet, easy parking, lovely neighbours.
Games room was a lot of fun.
Great access to Matlock either by car, bus or on foot, & easy to get on big roads to the airports & cities.
The stairs!!!
This property is over 3 levels- steep stairs up to the bedrooms & bathroom, steep stairs down to the kitchen & toilet.
This is not in the property description but really should be. I found it finally in the owner description instead!
As someone who has slight mobility issues this was a challenge for the entire stay.
Also downstairs loo didn’t work very well.

Absolutely amazing ,had everything we needed to stay invluding toiletries, towels wash up liq and soap . The games room was the best for when we were jome. The views were spectacular and the neighbours very freindly. Local village was so welcoming. Would defo recommend and stay again. Thank you

Super cosy cottage, really nicely decorated. Felt really relaxing and had everything we needed. Beds were really comfy and the kids loved the play room! Great location, good communication and lovely to have a little welcome pack.

Fantastic house, deceptively spacious with literally everything you could need. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the games room is fantastic. Beds comfy and bathroom great too. Really clean, modern yet cosy, newly furnished. Loved staying there!
