Nice, well equipped apartment, on the ground floor, in the safe district of green town near Munich (lake and parks). Convenient connection to the city (SBahn 4.2 EUR one way ticket). Very good contact with the owner. I can recommend Vietnamese restaurant near the station and Ice cream in the EIS CENTER Karlsfeld and Cafeteria Maroon on the street corner with the breakfast option.

Great and spacious apartment for our family. Location was good too as it wasn’t so far from the train station and from the local stores. A baby cot was provided without extra charges and the guy was very kind to us.
The bathroom was a bit small for us. It was challenging to bathe our baby in it. Also the apartment didn’t come with a microwave which was very surprising for us

The location is very close the an S-Bahn station to Munich, a highway, supermarkets and other amenities. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with.
The noise from the nearby church bell and the construction site are a challenge. The bathroom is so small the toilet is blocking half the door if the shower. No ventilator or natural airflow - please keep in mind for the summer months. Also, it says „parking lot“ in the name but that’s paid.
