The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. The host went above and beyond in helping me settle in and assisting with any enquires i had.
I arrived on the hottest day of the year but there was no indoor AC in the apartment so it got quite hot. That was the only minor issue, everything else was perfect.

Ich habe selten so eine gute Kommunikation mit einem Gastgeber erlebt, schnell, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Es war alles genauso wie auf den Bildern. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und zur S Bahn sind es zu Fuß entspannte 10 Min. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich.

The location is very close the an S-Bahn station to Munich, a highway, supermarkets and other amenities. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with.
The noise from the nearby church bell and the construction site are a challenge. The bathroom is so small the toilet is blocking half the door if the shower. No ventilator or natural airflow - please keep in mind for the summer months. Also, it says „parking lot“ in the name but that’s paid.
