Overlooking Broughton Street, dating back to 1870, this renovate two story urban loft is full of character and located in the heart of it all only steps from shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
Exposed brick, original hardwood flooring, and natural light really make this space come to life.The open concept floor plan is perfect for entertaining and conversing with guests.The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, polished marble counter tops, and a large island that overlooks the living space. Just to the side, a large dining room table ideal for serving those home cooked meals. The living room features a large sectional, and an impressive smart flat screen television. Gather around for a night in, or for some fun games. The primary bedroom can also be found on this floor, with a king size bed, and an en suite bathroom that connects to the living room.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a reading nook. The second bedroom offers a king size bed, that can comfortably sleep two guests, while across the hall you can find two-double beds perfect for four. A top of the stairs, take advantage of a great spot to people watch with a morning cup of coffee, or read your favorite book. Down the hall, a power room, and an additional full-size bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

We all loved the place, but description with initially finding it should be better since it is fairly hidden off of an alley and GPS does not work to it. Also, site says no designated parking, but says there are parking garages and metered parking, but reality during summer is there are NO SITES AVAILABLE, and garages CHARGE $5.00/ hour. We were fortunate to have had one of us at a nearby RV park who let 2 of our friends keep their cars at their site, otherwise we would have been totally screwed. Feel it was lying by omission of that info and we felt scammed.
The actual indoors place and location are wonderful though!
