Just off of Broughton Street, facing Telfair Square, dating back to 1870, this renovate two story urban loft is full of character and located in the heart of it all only steps from shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
Exposed brick, original hardwood flooring, and natural light really make this space come to life. The open concept floor plan is perfect for entertaining and conversing with guests.The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, polished marble counter tops, and a large island that overlooks the living space. Just to the side, a large dining room table ideal for serving those home cooked meals. The living room features a large sectional, and an impressive smart flat screen television. Gather around for a night in, or for some fun games. The primary bedroom can also be found on this floor, with a king size bed, and a full size bathroom with walk-in shower just across the hall.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a reading nook. This property was absolutely perfect for the Savannah leg of our trip. Walking distance to all sorts of Savannah attractions and a short drive to family in NC. We loved the open design and amenities for our family.

Very good location for shoppjng and eating.
Stairs up to apt and inside apt can be challenging if you have weak legs or lots of lugguage. Otherwise, the apt was most pleasant.
