Overlooking Broughton Street, dating back to 1870, this renovate two story urban loft is full of character and located in the heart of it all only steps from shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
Exposed brick, original hardwood flooring, and natural light really make this space come to life.The open concept floor plan is perfect for entertaining and conversing with guests.The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, polished marble counter tops, and a large island that overlooks the living space. Just to the side, a large dining room table ideal for serving those home cooked meals. The living room features a large sectional, and an impressive smart flat screen television. Gather around for a night in, or for some fun games. The primary bedroom can also be found on this floor, with a king size bed, and an en suite bathroom that connects to the living room.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a reading nook. The second bedroom offers a king size bed, that can comfortably sleep two guests, while across the hall you can find two-double beds perfect for four. A top of the stairs, take advantage of a great spot to people watch with a morning cup of coffee, or read your favorite book. Down the hall, a power room, and an additional full-size bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

We arrived to the rental property at 4:30 for check-in and had no running water. We contacted Lucky Savannah and we were told someone was coming out to check out the issue but that if it wasn’t resolved we would have to be relocated. This fiasco went on for 4 hours as we didn’t get running water back until 8:30pm. The communication from Lucky Savannah to us was awful. We missed dinner plans, couldn’t unpack our cars and we were not being given an answer on whether it was fixable or if we were being relocated. We constantly had to call the office to follow up with the status on maintenance because although they stated we’d be getting updates, we received none. So we were stuck in a house that we couldn’t use the facilities and they were in no hurry whatsoever. We were woken up each morning by construction going on in the building below us. (Drilling, metal banging around and building shaking, etc) Never was it communicated to us that there would be construction going on in the building, we couldn’t have slept in if we wanted to.
So although the location was awesome and the loft was beautiful, we lost out on sleep and plans that we paid for, for their lack of communication and professionalism.
