Just off of Broughton Street, facing Telfair Square, dating back to 1870, this renovate two story urban loft is full of character and located in the heart of it all only steps from shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
Exposed brick, original hardwood flooring, and natural light really make this space come to life. The open concept floor plan is perfect for entertaining and conversing with guests.The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, polished marble counter tops, and a large island that overlooks the living space. Just to the side, a large dining room table ideal for serving those home cooked meals. The living room features a large sectional, and an impressive smart flat screen television. Gather around for a night in, or for some fun games. The primary bedroom can also be found on this floor, with a king size bed, and a full size bathroom with walk-in shower just across the hall.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a reading nook. The second bedroom offers a king size bed, that can comfortably sleep two guests, while across the hall you can find two-double beds perfect for four. A top of the stairs, take advantage of a great spot to people watch with a morning cup of coffee, or read your favorite book. Down the hall, a power room, and an additional full-size bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

The location was incredibly convenient, which made everything so much easier for our family. We were also really impressed by how nice the place was overall—it definitely met our expectations in terms of cleanliness and style.One suggestion I’d like to offer is to consider adding more living room furniture for comfortable seating. There were six of us in total, and not everyone had a comfortable spot to relax together.

Absolutely awesome loft! This vacation rental is in the perfect location for a girls trip! We parked nearby in The Robinson Car Park and never needed our vehicle because we could walk everywhere! The loft is exactly as pictured. It was extremely clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

Staff was very helpful in moving us to a new (and even nicer) rental when the owner of our original booking withdrew the property for our dates. We ended up staying at the Broughton West and Broughton West Too which was perfect for our large group. With both units, we had the whole building to ourselves. They were clean, adequately stocked with dishes, towels etc, and were perhaps some of the nicest rentals we've ever stayed at. The location is perfect for shopping and night life. We felt secure, but I would suggest making the exterior entrance keypad door lock automatically if possible. Otherwise, you are relying on every person from each unit to lock the exterior door that brings you into the hallway/stairwell to the unit doors. Overall both rentals were amazing and we would absolutely stay here again.
