This cozy Lower Queen Anne apartment has everything you need to make your stay in the Emerald City as comfortable as possible and is within walking distance to Climate Pledge Arena, Space Needle, Olympic Sculpture Park, and more! A Safeway grocery store is directly across the street. The apartment is on the quiet side of the building so you can relax in peace. Free coffee and tea are included. Your stay includes a street parking pass*. And did we mention rooftop access with amazing views?!

I stayed at this property for 10 days during my condo remodel. This apartment and the building itself were very clean. The apartment, although small, was well appointed and comfortable. Permit street parking was easy to find nearby. The location can't be beat with multiple buses to downtown available just around the corner, and restaurants, grocery stores and the Seattle Center within easy walking distance.

It was great place to stay giving the area being close to most things. However there was a lot of commotion from people outside. The AC can only be used in the summer months which led to the room being warm. It was quiet overall and host was very responsive when we had questions
