About this apartment rental

This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer & dryer, queen size bedroom, a sofa bed (pull out for a full size bed) in the living area. The unit is on the quiet side of the seven floors building. Sliding door leads out to the private building court yard for relax. And the passing swift while not noisy monorail train passing in front of the yard during the daytime is another eye opener. The rooftop has seating for the spectacular Space Needle view and shared BBQ grill. There is a shared gym and meeting room accessed from the lobby.

I can appreciate someone wanting shoes removed but then disposable slippers should have been provided. The coffee was tucked away and I didn't find until I was leaving. The tea was out of reach. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty but their was a refill jug underneath. The WiFi didn't work. Their was laundry soap but no dryer sheets. There was no elevator access to the rooftop deck. Not sure if you are an absentee owner but your manager/ cleaner didn't wipe down the shampoo bottles. First time I've ever stayed at a VRBO that thought an opened bag of pretzels was the snack. Door slamming and fire station next door made it necessary to run fan all night as a/c unit was only canopied in a door with velcro screen. You've got a great location but this was the least appealing VRBO I've stayed in. Sorry but perhaps the comments will help with simple correction from your housekeeper.

Walkable location - and loved the quiet neighborhood to return to from the bussel of Pikes Place. We used public transportation as much as we could. Clean and neat - would highly recommend.

Great location, it is at a walking distance from the Space Needle, Mono Rail, and many other attractions. The place was clean and organized. We enjoyed! The Artmis Cafe on the corner is the best of the best.

Great location, central to everything. Less than a 10 minute walk to the Space Needle, 20 minutes to Pike Place Market and 50 minutes to the ballpark. Clean place to stay. Easy instructions to enter the building and condo. Only thing was no communication from Chris.

This property was better than ever! It offered a remarkably good location surrounded by delicious restaurants. The cleanliness was perfect and all products were well stocked. Kitchen was equipped with a coffee maker and the fridge was great. The sofa was comfortable and it was decorated perfectly. Loved the little message book.

This is the perfect little spot to stay in when visiting Seattle. It was really clean, the bed was comfy, and the couch was nice to lounge on between adventures. The free parking and the view of the Space Needle from the roof were the two best perks.

Property was in a great location, and was perfect for our short 3-day trip. Bed was comfy, good shower, and adequate amount of space for 2 people. Note that the parking stalls in the parkade are extremely small, which was okay for us as we had a small rental. Only minor complaint is that the kitchen could be stocked a bit better (no toaster, dishwasher tabs, or drying towels for doing dishes), but otherwise everything was good with the rental.

A very convenient location! Less than 10 min walk to the Seattle Center. 20 min walk to Pike. Driving to other places was also very easy. Parking is tight so a small car may work better. Rooftop view is really spectacular.

Great downtown Seattle stay! The Space Needle view from the rooftop was perfect & can't beat free parking! It was about a mile walk to Pike Place Market and the Harbor. There was a little grocery store across the street, and good bars & restaurants close. Our only complaint was the bed was firmer than we like, but others may not agree.

This was in a great location for walking around downtown Seattle, Pike Place, etc. The kitchen was handy and the bed was comfortable. There was a little bit of street noise we’d hear throughout the day and night because of how the portable AC had to be positioned with the patio door partially open. We used the box fan for white noise while we slept to cover the street sounds. Other than that, this was a great spot!

Cute little condo with everything you need. Everywhere we went was very walkable. Building is secure and clean. The rooftop is a great hangout with a beautiful view of the Space Needle. Check in was very easy. Parking garage is compact cars only so parking our vehicle was a little tricky but ended up making it work with street parking. We would definitely book again but we will bring our smaller vehicle next time :)

This place was within walking distance of many fun restaurants, we enjoyed the roof top overlooking the space needle. Host was great with communication. Only downfall was that the keyfob to get into the garage was a little spotty and didn't work well so we were confused and ended up parking in the wrong parking garage at first. Now that we know, we would absolutely stay here again.

I have already been in communication with VRBO on this rental. We arrived at about 7 pm (check in was 4 pm). Found another family’s suitcases already there. This host double booked this rental. We felt bad for the family as they were from out of the country. Despite being the right renters, we acquiesced and left and rented a hotel. The host wouldn’t respond to phone calls, only texts. Says he was out of the country. He did refund us because we immediately called VRBO. He said he would provide an additional $150 but I have yet to see it. This listing should be removed from VRBO and I have told them this. It is extremely dangerous to double book with only a code needed to get into the condo. What if we arrived late and the other people were still there? This is totally unacceptable and this host should be banned from this and all platforms going forward.

Excellent location blocks away from great food and entertainment. The rooftop was EPIC!! We enjoyed the quiet up there in the evening after a concert at Climate Pledge Arena... a short walk just blocks away. The AC was cold and I didn't mind the loudness of the AC unit because it drowned out the city noise. The unit was clean and comfortable. If I had to put down an area of opportunity, I'd say the lighting could be improved. Seriously, though, not a deterrent at all. I'll visit this place again! Thank you, host!

I loved the location, but almost got towed. The parking situation is extremely confusing and even after reaching out to the property manager it was still very confusing. Thankfully I met a woman on the elevator who had actually just called to get my car towed. She came out to the parking garage and showed us where we should have parked. And thankful for this woman or I would not have had a car to come back to the next day. Everything else about this day was fine, but the parking should not be this complicated.

Had a great stay for Mother's Day weekend. Excellent location for walking to all the sites. Space was clean, bed was comfortable, and it had everything we needed. The space got very hot and humid during our stay so we were very thankful for the air conditioner and fan.
