Amazing Condo in Heart of Seattle

Great place to stay.

Our host had amazing communication! Check-in was a breeze due to the communication. Kitchen facilities had everything we needed during our stay. The location is SUPERB!!! Only complaint: the bed linens and couch had stains on them… other than that what a beautiful condo!

Cozy place a couple blocks from the Seattle Center. Kumail was a great host and communicated well.

Perfectly fine apartment for a short stay in Seattle. Belltown was a great location, walking distance to many restaurants/night life/attractions and public transit, super easy to get to/from the airport. The roof is awesome, great space to enjoy breakfast.The apartment itself could’ve been a bit cleaner or more prepared for new guests. There was only one very old crusty sponge available for dishes, the shower drain was a little clogged which caused the water to pool, and there were some corners of the apartment that were a little unswept. Mostly small incidents, nothing that really detracted from our visit. I’d stay again for a short visit, it was a solidly centrally located spot.

Location excellent for getting to fun Seattle places, restaurants. Good walking around place.

The property was close to our son and many attractions and restaurants.

This is the greatest location for a place to stay. We enjoyed staying here and really enjoyed going up to the roof to see the space needle at night.

Great Location!

Were in Seattle for the first time to see a friend perform in an event downtown. The friend is local but the location was so good she just joined us for the stay and had both the large couch and a blowup mattress provided by the host to pick from. The queen bed was much comfier than most I've found at VRBOs and my husband and I were able to see the sights so easily- literally like 5min walk to Space Needle, Chuhily, MOPOP, etc. Two coffee shops in the building and great restaurants within a minute walking distance, and while there is no dedicated parking spot the street parking is free Sundays and overnight, was easy to find a spot, and reasonably priced- and theres a decently priced lot right across the intersection too, next to a small grocery shop. The property was as described, clean, and the host was very responsive and helpful the only time we needed to contact him. Building felt very safe and was quiet. Highly recommend this place, and will likely look for it again for future visits to Seattle.

Stayed 3 nights. Very centrally located.

Absolutely fantastic location within walking distance to the Space Needle, monorail station, waterfront, and literally hundreds of other places. It was the perfect size for 2 people and really nice to have a full bathroom, kitchen, and living room to make meals and relax a bit during downtime. There is also a little store across the street that's open late if you need any food, drinks, medicine, etc, so that was super handy. Kitchen and bathroom supplies were well-stocked and good quality. The condo itself was very clean. I think my only recommendation to the owner is to install new electrical outlets in the bedroom and kitchen areas. Almost all of the outlets were so old and worn out they wouldn't even hold our phone charger plugs and even the lamps in the condo had the plugs falling out of the outlets. When those get old, they need replaced and it's super cheap. You could probably replace all of the outlets in the whole condo for $50. I know it seems minor but it was rather annoying. That small gripe aside, this condo was fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Seattle, close to all of the big attractions and have easy access to public transit.

Loved staying at this property - everything was pretty much as expected. There were a couple things that would have helped (extra set of sheets for couch, toaster), but not enough to warrant reaching out (I am confident the host would have responded in a timely manner should we have asked). Definitely a great home base for a trip, walking distance to all the usual sights. A great experience, great price, and would definitely stay again. The toiletries provided in the bathroom were a very thoughtful & helpful touch!

Cute and cozy apartment. The top floor terrace has an incredible view of the space needle and was a cool place to chill. The host was friendly and quick to respond which is always a bonus.

The was the perfect stop for us. It’s a great location, we walked almost everywhere and the rooftop made for an amazing view of the space needle.

It was nice to be near the sky needle and 4/5 blacks to the piers. The bed was not to my liking. Felt like it needed to be replaced. No sheets to fit the sofa. We went digging in the deck box to find something to place down. Need a better cleaning. Dusty bunnys were rolling out as we were walking around. Noisy too. Someone was jack hammering at 7:00am in the next unit. The wall was shaking.

Great place to stay and experience Pike's Place, etc. and surrounding area. Host was very accommodating. One of the 2 elevators did not work and the one that did would have issues - otherwise everything worked well. If we return would not hesitate to stay there again!

Little small but cozy. Great neighborhood. Great coffee within steps. Location was very central to most attractions. Overall very nice place.

This was the perfect place for two people. Walkable to Space Needle and Pike Place Market.

Worked perfectly for us. Check-in instructions included notes about not using the washer/dryer and not using the dishwasher. Would’ve liked to know before booking.

This condo is PERFECTLY located and the neighbors are super nice. It's a bit dated with a portable AC unit, but that is as it was described in the listing. We had some trouble with the Door Code app (not shared and then turning off early) but the communication with the owner was great and we worked through it. My only complaint is that the "pull out" portion of the couch is broken, so you can't really use it as a "double" bed. My 9yo just slept on it as a couch and there was an air mattress we could have used. All in all it was just as expected with a fabulous location and a great host. Thank you!

My partner & I had a wonderful few days in Seattle staying here. Space was immaculate & tidy. Easy to get in & out, steps away from some amazing restaurants & bars. Would absolutely rebook the next time I am in town!

Great location! Walkable to many areas of the city. A bit dated but very comfortable and had everything we needed.

As far as the host goes, they seemed nice and helpful to get into the building. But upon arrival the unit was not the same as the pictures in the listing. And it was very very dirty. There were several questionable stains on the couch and the extra bedding that looked like it had not been cleaned. I took several pictures because I was blown away at how dirty it was. We arrived late in the day and decided to stay for the night as we didn’t want to go through the hassle of finding another place as well as losing our money. I would not stay in this unit again. Not sure if the host knows that their cleaners are not doing their jobs. Hopefully they can get it figured out.

It truly was a great experience and awesome condo. The owner made it super easy and has great communication. The location is the best and will definitely stay here again.

We picked this location for its potential view of the Space Needle. We didn't want to be in the thick of the crowds for New Year's Eve, but we wanted to still be able to view the fireworks fairly closely. This was the perfect location. We walked to Pike Place and the Space Needle; we enjoy being able to walk everywhere if we can. The host gave us a great tip for parking, and we managed to park free our entire stay since we arrived late Saturday, free parking after 8pm, free Sunday parking, and free holiday parking (Monday)! The apartment was nothing glamorous but it was what we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the couch was comfortable for the kids. There could be a bit of a better seating for eating, and the bar stools aren't our preferred way of relaxing. The locking system was really neat and convenient. The access to the rooftop for the fireworks was perfect!

Property is GREAT. We walked from the Needle to the Stadiums and everywhere in between. Unit was nicely appointed and had what we needed for our 5 night stay. Great place and fantastic host.
