Emerald City Pentouse

This apartment was simple, comfortable, and generally clean. The location was excellent, with easy access to the Space Needle and other nearby attractions. Overall, it was a good place to stay and a convenient base for exploring Seattle.

Location is AMAZING! Close to Space Needle, museums, and good food! Great view from outdoor terrace on rooftop!To note: the space is compact, urban apartment. We had 6 people and used pull out sofa, which left us with little space, but since we didn’t spend much time there, we made tight space work just fine. The mid-range rating is for a few reasons. 1) cleaning was not done before our 4pm check in. The host responded quickly and arranged cleaning while we went out for dinner. It was a quick clean with some areas likely missed due to the rush. 2) the microwave was missing the turntable plate. Again, the host responded quickly and provided a replacement the next afternoon. This issue seemed symptomatic of the little details not being taken care of (i.e., broken toilet paper dispenser and missing light bulbs). 3) we did not have adequate towels and toilet paper (barely a half roll in one of the bathrooms). The host responded quickly and said we would get those things; however, we did not receive them. If these issues were resolved or not an issue in the future, I would give the Emerald City Penthouse a 4/5 rating.
