You will literally be a 15 minute walk from The Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena (GO KRAKEN!) Pikes Places, The Puget Sound, Ferry Terminals, Cruise Terminals, The Monorail and The Light Rail. You will be surrounded by endless options of different types of cuisine, shopping and cute coffee shops.
This newly renovated loft offers a complete modern experience with newly updated EVERYTHING. Thats right, we literally updated everything including all of the kitchen appliances! We designed this unit specifically for Vacation Rentals!
Enjoy the Air Conditioning on an extremely hot Seattle day. Air Conditioning is hard to come by here! You'll be glad you have it!

The floating bed was designed and hand built by us to allow a perfect fit in the loft with an insanely comfortable mattress.
Enjoy the Rooftop with a 360 degree view of Seattle, including a breathtaking view of the Space Needle! You can take those perfect 'Space Needle Selfies' to post on your Social Media, making everyone back home jealous! We even have grills that you can use and picnic tables to enjoy those picture perfect views during a meal!
For you Gym Rats - You will have full access to an in building gym to help get your morning started off right.
This is a self check-in and check-out unit. We will be available for help/questions through the Airbnb App.
We do offer free underground garage parking! It is first come first serve with limited spots. If a spot if not available at the time, we have plenty of street parking around at an extremely low cost. We always recommend checking back in the morning! You are almost always guaranteed a spot!
Quiet time is from 10PM-7AM

We wanted a place near Climate Pledge Arena for our daughter's graduation ceremony. This was a walkable distance at a reasonable price. We had a little issue with check in, perhaps our fault, perhaps not. Evan was very responsive (on a Saturday evening no less) and solved the issue. The view of the space needle from the roof was magnificent. We would consider staying here again next trip.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Apartment had all the necessities we needed. Great location, walking distance to all areas. Parking in garage and outside was convenient. Will definitely stay again when we return.

Good spot for 2 people. Street parking was easy to access and not expansive. Lots of excellent food options very close. La Parisienne bakery is a must visit place

Check in was awful. I booked the property three days in advance and had to contact VRBO directly to have any kind of contact with the Host. We did not receive instructions on how to enter the building or the room until VRBO contacted the host. He wanted us to download 2 separate apps to enter the building and then to access the room; It was a nightmare. For this reason alone, I do not recommend this property. The apartment was smaller than what it shows in the pictures and the light from the upper window is aggravating. There is no possible way to cover it. The location downtown was in walking distance of Pikes Market and restaurants. The roof top is overrated; the decking needs a good refurbishing. Street noise consists of firetrucks and ambulances. Not very peaceful.
