This property is super convenient to the downtown area. Great restaurants within walking distance. The apartment had all the conveniences of home. Owner was quick to respond to the one issue we had.

We had a great stay at this Seattle rental! The location is unbeatable—so walkable to everything downtown has to offer. The host was friendly, responsive, and even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well.
The apartment itself was very clean and surprisingly quiet inside—once the door is shut, you can’t hear anything from the other room, which made for a restful stay. Since it’s a basement unit, there isn’t a lot of natural light, but that wasn’t an issue for us as we were out exploring most of the day. We did notice some construction noise from outside, but that was only when we had the window open.
Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and well-kept spot that made our trip to Seattle really enjoyable.

The condo was immaculate, and well appointed. It is located ideally for walking to anything you could imagine seeing, doing, or eating in downtown Seattle.
If you reserve this unit, you must be prepared for city noise 24/7.
All in all this is a great unit, and an excellent value compared to hotels in the area.
