Ron and Kristin provided great communication and helped make our stay in the hub of Seattle great fun! The location is within walking distance of waterfront, restaurants and even a short drive to TMobile and Lumin! The underground parking, comfortable living space and well stocked kitchen made our 2 nights feel like we were at home! I’d stay here again in a heart beat! Quiet and safe!

This condo was great and the location was perfectly in town within walking distance to most things we wanted to do; Pike Place, Space Needle, Chihuly. We picked up food at the restaurants in the same building as there are several. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Target was within walking distance. Kristin was great to work with, and meeting someone in order to check in was no problem. We very much appreciated the washer and dryer complete with laundry detergent and dryer sheets since we traveled from Ohio and could not carry those items. We would absolutely stay there again. I guess my expectations were higher. The building was very dated and the couch in the condo was very uncomfortable. Also the chairs for eating were all high tops which hurts my back so I ended up standing to eat. This was my fault for not paying attention to the pictures. Lastly the area was full of homeless people.

This was a great stay location. We used to live in the building (in 2000) and had a street view apt. This was an interior, that means it looked over a courtyard, quiet and lovely to look at.The Bed was comfy, TV was great. Nothing bad to say, we would absolutely stay in this condo againForgot to mention great restaurants all around it, close to Seattle Center (Space Needle, Hockey, etc)Easy to get to take light rail from airport to West lake mall and a few block walk

We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is ideal—within walking distance to popular attractions like Pike Place Market. There’s also a charming bakery right outside the main entrance, which was a delightful treat. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the hosts made everything easy and enjoyable for us. The condo was spotless, and the area was peaceful and quiet, offering a relaxing atmosphere. Although it rained during our stay, we still enjoyed the beautiful garden in the center of the complex. The condo itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, providing both comfort and convenience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return on our next trip to the area.

This adorable condo was just perfect for a few days during my convention. It was in a nice neighborhood, and I felt very safe. The key fobs to get in the building and to operate the elevator were easy to use. The condo had everything you'd need, and I really appreciated having a washer and dryer and a kitchen!! The pizza place and bakery next store were delicious, and I got breakfast from the bakery twice. There were a few tiny things that were broken but didn't really matter much. The door handle to go outside was taped on and you needed to try to avoid the handle in order to keep it on. There are also a lot of drawers in the bedroom area, but none are for use as they are all housing sheets and towels. It would be nice to have a small area to use for personal items. :) I will definitely keep this property in mind for my next stay :).

We had an amazing stay! The condo was spotless, well appointed and in an IDEAL location! We walked to the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden/Glass, Pacific Science Center, Pike Place Market, the Overlook walk, Aquarium, Miner’s Landing, the Gum Wall and a short bus ride to the Seattle Zoo. Check in and check out procedures were clear, we appreciated the personal check in, communication with the owners was clear and concise. Our Seattle vacation was seamless and our stay had very much to do with that! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

We choose this location as it was close to Pier 66 for our Alaskan Cruise. Close to the Space Needle and Pikes Market within walking distance. Seemed a bit sketchy after dark with homeless folks. Though we did not walk after dark and used an Uber. Most large cities have homeless issues.

This is a great little place to stay for a fun getaway. It is centrally located which is great because you can walk just about anyplace you want to go. Close to the Space Needle & Chihuly Glass Museum, about a12 minute walk. Also close to Pike Place Market, about a 12 minute walk the other direction.

We stayed for four days and the condo was what we were looking for. The check-in worked well for with us. The host was flexible, It is often hard to determine the exact time of arrival. We were pleased with how well the kitchen was stocked as we do like to cook when we are travel. We actually could have forgone the car rental as everything was in walking distance or via public transportation. We use VRBO quite abut and this was on of the nicer places we have stayed.

Great communication and enjoyed the required tour upon check-in! Laundry and included parking were key for us and we had plenty of space to unwind in evenings after fun-filled days. The pizza and italian restaurants in the building were great (try the hummus plate at belltown pizza while kids have slices!). The convenience store also heloful for cereal and last minute dramamine ourchase. Walked everywhere! Highly recommend.
