came down to Austin with 4 buddies for a race, wouldn't have imagined a better location or a better rental for the trip. Walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants, and also to the venue for the race. My only regret is that we weren't here long enough to take advantage of all the amenities that this location offered: rooftop, the patio with the smoker and the grill, etc. The rooms were amazing, everything was so clean and comfortable. Will definitely rent this home again.

overall, the place is great. For
more than eight people the property was a little tight. One full bathroom short when there are that many people staying. It was a hot weekend and air conditioning could not keep up. But location is great and access to restaurants is wonderful.
