Entire two-unit home (duplex) in Zilker, one of Austin's hottest neighborhoods. Perfect for large groups! Minutes away from some of Austin's best bars, restaurants and music venues. Equipped with high-quality, brand new amenities throughout including flat screen TVs and washers/dryers.
The Space:
Bedroom 1: king bed w/ private bathroom
Bedroom 2: king bed w/ private bathroom
Bedroom 3: queen bed
Bedroom 4: queen bed
Bedroom 5: queen bed
Each unit has a living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, two bathrooms, and patio with table. The units also share a HUGE backyard - perfect for pets or kids!
Guest Access:
You will have private access to all parts of the home. You will have a personalized code for check-in & entry via an electronic lock. There is a driveway with room for at least two cars (more if you don't mind locking yourself in) and plenty of free street parking in the neighborhood.
Other Things to Note:
This is an Austin family-owned home. Our place isn't operated by a big rental management company or owned by an investment group. We put a lot of thought and love into designing it and making it as comfortable for you as possible. We want you to have the best experience and enjoy your stay with us!

We and our co-host, Jamie will be available via Airbnb platform messaging and phone if you have questions or need anything at all.
