The Space:

The inviting living room provides plenty of seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace — an ideal spot to unwind after a day on the course. Sliding glass doors open onto a covered patio with lounge furniture, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying an afternoon siesta.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a cozy breakfast nook. Gather for meals around the formal dining table that seats six, or dine alfresco on the back patio while taking in the serene fairway views.
All three bedrooms offer comfort and privacy. The primary suite includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, spacious en suite bathroom with dual sinks, and a large shower over tub, plus its own private enclosed patio. The second bedroom also offers a king bed and en suite bathroom, providing flexibility for guests and family. The third bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and is conveniently located near the third full bathroom.
Guest Access:
Check-In/Check-Out. Your Check-in and Check-out times are set forth in your Reservation Agreement. You understand and agree that if you stay past the agreed check-out time, Company has the right under state law, and you will be assessed $100/hour charge if you are found to be in the home before Check-in time or after Check-out time. Due to local regulations, guests in some regions are required to check-in at one of our local offices.
Guests enjoy access to several community pools and spas, as well as the clubhouse and on-site restaurant.
CLUB ACCESS: Palm Valley is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner. For this property, renters will have pay-per-use access to the dining facilities, day spa and hair salon only.
Forty-six community swimming pools are available to renters.
