Guest Access:
To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.

The unit was large, with a newer kitchen. We had a party of 6, with 4 females for a weekend at Stagecoach. The electrical was an issue, as the outlet in the second bathroom didn’t work at all and the outlets in the 2 extra bedrooms only partially worked. The view off the back deck was beautiful but the deck was dusty and the cobwebs were not cleared before we arrived. The unit is dated and while we slept great, we were not impressed with the cleanliness. Carpets needed vacuumed and there were miscellaneous wrappers left in 3 of the rooms upon arrival. The unit was very spacious, so would accommodate 6 easily. The garage was a nice touch for parking but HAD to be used or it was street parking only. The driveway was not able to accommodate all the vehicles if every rental was booked. Overall, the stay was ok, but I wouldn’t book again.
