This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom + den condominium is very nicely upgraded. The spacious floor plan offers high ceilings and lovely new furnishings to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. The comfortable yet stylish living room has a flat screen TV and fireplace, and the open kitchen is well equipped for entertaining guests.
The primary bedroom offers a spacious en suite bathroom with step in shower, plus a private patio. The guest bedroom has access to the hall bathroom with a step in shower. There is also a separate office with privacy doors, that has a workspace and a Murphy bed for the occasional overnight guest.
The back patio has a dining table, built-in BBQ grill, and plenty of lounge seating, all overlooking the fairway and mountains providing beautiful vistas as the light changes throughout the day. A community pool / spa is just a short walk away. There is also a full size private laundry room in this unit, and a private 2 car garage for your convenience.
Guest Access:
CLUB ACCESS: Palm Valley is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner. For this property, renters will have pay-per-use access to the dining facilities, day spa, Tennis and Athletic Club. There are Forty-six community swimming pools are available to renters.
Parking: 2 car garage and 2 cars on driveway, also street parking.
Check-In/Check-Out. Your Check-in and Check-out times are set forth in your Reservation Agreement. You understand and agree that if you stay past the agreed check-out time, Company has the right under state law, and you will be assessed $100/hour charge if you are found to be in the home before Check-in time or after Check-out time. Due to local regulations, guests in some regions are required to check-in at one of our local offices.

Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Per local ordinance, all guests are presented local Good Neighbor Policies to abide by during their stay. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation.
