Loved the property…house was very nice and accommodated us nicely. It is a bit in need of repair…cabinets especially are outdated and falling apart. Needs an ironing board!! Cleanliness could be improved…there was dirt/mold in the first bedroom and fingernail clippings in the living room.

The house and property are great and it is difficult to find a 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home with garage in this price range. So that alone makes this a fantastic place. The location is located close to Cook St which takes you directly into the heart of the action and getting around to all the areas is super easy from this location.
The only draw back for this home is the current living room configuration. It really only provides comfortable TV viewing for 3 people. To some people, this may not be a huge issue, but after a long day of golfing and having fun, kicking back and watching golf, sports or a show is what vacation is about. This is something that should be easily resolved by the home owner and property manager and I shared my thoughts with them.
Otherwise, this is a fantastic value for the money and we would stay their again.

This was a 3 week vacation booked for friends part of time and then family. Booked the property because it accommodated 8 as we had family for the week of Thanksgiving. Condo dining table only seated 4. Also there were 3 high counter chairs. Made dinners difficult as there was not enough seating at either indoor or outdoor table (only 4). Dishes and glassware were inadequate for 8 people. Supplies for a 3 week stay were sparse. The 4th bedroom opened directly to the garage door which was awkward. The primary bedroom did not have a window for emergency exit purposes. We had several maintenance issues however the management company was very prompt in addressing them. The condo is dated and needs upgrading. The Palm Valley Country Club is beautiful and we like this location however would look for another unit next time.
