Our private driveway provides parking for up to 5 medium-sized cars.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests enjoy keyless entry and full, private access to the entire home across three levels excluding the locked owners' closets.

GUEST VERIFICATION & AGREEMENT:

We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening / ID verification process and for damage protection. The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation and the verification process must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation.

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple agreement following booking confirmation.

Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until both the verification process and rental agreement are completed.

SECURITY:

There are two cameras on the property for the purposes of monitoring our maintenance/cleaning teams. The first Ring doorbell camera is located on the front door and the second Ring camera is located above the back deck.

PETS:

We'd love to welcome your pup! Following booking confirmation, we ask that you send us a quick note with their breed, size, and personality so we can make sure Honey Hollow is the perfect fit for them too. We review all pet requests to ensure a great stay for everyone. Please review the below pet-related details and note that booking does not guarantee approval.

* 2 pet maximum.
* $150 per stay, per pet, collected as an incremental booking charge.
* Pets are not permitted to be on any furniture.
* Please ensure that you clean-up after your pets so that our backyard stays tidy.
* We kindly ask that your dogs do not 'do their business' on our rubber mulch area!
* Pets are not to be left alone in the home at any time.

We have 2 dog beds & water bowls at our home but ask that guests bring waste bags & any other items you need!

Welcome to Massanutten:

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners, and other guests enjoying their retreat.

Noise:

* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
* Keep noise indoors during these hours.
* No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

Parking:

* Keep all tires off the road.
* Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
* Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840).
* No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

Outdoor Fires:

* High wildfire risk area!
* No open fires.
* No unattended fires.
* No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
* Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check Massanutten Village website or electronic sign at entrance for updates.

Alcohol:

* No open containers on roads or in common areas.

Pets:

* Leash always required when outside.
* Clean up after your pets.

Trash:

* Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks, or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
