This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
NOISE
Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
Keep noise indoors during these hours.
No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING
Keep all tires off the road.
Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.
OUTDOOR FIRES

The property served our needs well, but it could use some updates.

6 bedrooms, hot tub, good size, well- furnished kitchen. A Table big enough for 13 of us to all eat together. However, Kids’ bedroom quite cold, bedroom blinds did not block light ( missing slats) and neighbors kept floodlights on all night.

Pictures were accurate, however ones were not included of the outside of the house. Didn't find out until we got there that the driveway is EXTREMELY steep and parking is VERY limited.
Also, we discovered too late that the "main level" of the house is UPSTAIRS, and it was very difficult for my mother to navigate the steps to get to that level. House is definitely not handicap accessible.
The hot tub was not hot when we arrived (took until the next morning to heat up) and the propane ran out on the fire table the first night, but was taken care of the next morning. Also, there was no steps for the hot tub even though a set are shown in the pictures.
