There are 6 gorgeous bedrooms throughout this home, each with their own smart TV! On the main floor, you'll find the first 3 bedrooms, each with 1 king bed. One of the bedrooms on this floor is the primary bedroom, with a private attached ensuite bathroom.
Downstairs are the 3 remaining bedrooms. One has a king, while the other two have a full-over-full bed in each.

This home has 3 full bathrooms. The upstairs master ensuite bathroom has two sinks, a toilet, and a big walk-in shower. Right down the hall, the second bathroom has 1 sink, a toilet, and shower/tub combo.
Downstairs, the third bathroom (accessible from the game room) has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

The kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
1. NOISE
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Keep noise indoors during these hours.
- No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
2. PARKING
- Keep all tires off the road.
- Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
- Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
- No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.
3. OUTDOOR FIRES
- High wildfire risk area!
- No open fires.
- No unattended fires.
- No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage . com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.

An overall great home to stay at with family and friends. Quick access to everything and the house was nicely stocked. The kitchen definitely had everything you needed. Beds were super comfortable for all and the house layout was perfect! Quiet, peaceful neighborhood! Keyless access made it easy coming and going!

We had an amazing stay at this property and would absolutely come back again. The home was clean, spacious, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway.One of our favorite parts of the house was the game room and pickle ball court—it kept everyone entertained. The fireplace added a cozy touch, and the outdoor space with the barbecue grill was great for enjoying the fresh air.Overall, this was a fantastic stay in a great location. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and well-equipped place to stay!

Hi- several things were missing we had to go buy- toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and hand soap in one of the bathrooms. Some of the pots and pans were also dirty. Guests should know that they can’t be outside with the fire on after 10pm. We finally got the kids to bed, sat down to relax and then couldn’t use the fire. The hot tub also was only available one day, the first night it was cold. We would not rent this properly again for these reasons.
