There are 6 gorgeous bedrooms throughout this home, each with their own smart TV! On the main floor, you'll find the first 3 bedrooms, each with 1 king bed. One of the bedrooms on this floor is the primary bedroom, with a private attached ensuite bathroom.
Downstairs are the 3 remaining bedrooms. One has a king, while the other two have a full-over-full bed in each.

This home has 3 full bathrooms. The upstairs master ensuite bathroom has two sinks, a toilet, and a big walk-in shower. Right down the hall, the second bathroom has 1 sink, a toilet, and shower/tub combo.

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Keep noise indoors during these hours.
- No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
2. PARKING
- Keep all tires off the road.
- Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
- Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
- No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.
3. OUTDOOR FIRES

Everything about this place was absolutely fantastic. We loved every bit of it. I would highly recommend to families of any age range. They had everything available, including stuff for infants. The hot tub was beautiful. The theater room was excellent. They had big screen TVs in every room beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could think of, fully equipped! Dog, friendly, kid friendly, area was great, nice and quiet! Hot tub was great, didn’t use the fire pit due to some of the rainy nights, but other than that everything was used, everything was absolutely fantastic and available for everyone in your family to enjoy. The host was very responsive to some things that needed fixed, as well as all our requests!. Just a wonderfully enjoyable experience all around thank you to the host for such a wonderful time.

We visited for a long weekend to go to a JMU Football game. The house was exactly as advertised in the pictures. We had a group of 15 people and fit comfortably with room to move and space to gather in. The house was clean and neat, the appliances were high end and worked well. Sabrina, the owner, answered my questions within minutes when I had them. We really had a great trip with zero complaints and plan to go back the next time we are in town. Great stay!
