The room was fitting for our needs, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and they did their best to fulfill our needs. The location is very favorable if you want to both visit Catania center and travel in eastern Sicily because the apartment is within 20 minutes distance from the center and the central station.

Abbiamo soggiornato con due bambine in una stanza con soppalco, la scala a chiocciola era molto alta e molto stretta, un po pericolosa con dei bambini. Bagno stretto, fa sì che il wc fosse scomodo per un adulto di media altezza (in altre stanze il bagno era molto più grande e confortevole)

Demande de modifier l'heure du check-in refusée alors que le logeur indique accepté sur Booking (j'ai reçu un message m'indiquant qu'il n'est pas possible de venir avant 16h30).
Nous avons loué deux nuits. Le lendemain de la première nuit, nous avons constaté que la poubelle de la salle de bain avait été vidée alors que nos affaires étaient présentes dans dans toute la location.
Le lit n'a pas été refait, je ne comprends donc pas cette intrusion cela m'a profondément dérangé.
