Without exaggerating, I think this has been the best accommodation I’ve had since I started traveling. Impeccably clean, with a very spacious and warm room and bathroom, and reliable hot water. Room service everyday. The place is just a couple of steps from the old town, and the host is extremely communicative and eager to help. The area is full of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy pintxos to your heart’s content. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic welcome from the team, sharing lots of useful information. The staff were also very generous with support during our stay to make reservations and bookings. We found this responsiveness and support to be one of the best we have experienced. Excellent location, everything within walking distance. Rooms were as described, high quality fixtures and facilities.
As this is an older building some of the stairs to the entrance are uneven, however there is a lift and good lighting so not really an issue overall.
