Host Rafa was great, very nice and reachable. Made sure we had clean linen, cooked us coffee and toast in the morning before we set off. Right on the Camino del Norte and good for Camino travellers, very easy with luggage transfer. Rafa had lots of advice and recommendations both around Santander and for the Camino which was appreciated. Powerpoint and light at every bed. Overall good value for money as the room was mostly empty - may be a challenge if 15 other people there.
16 bed dormitory which is the only room in hostel, minimal privacy. No curtains between beds. Bathrooms split into male and female but drains not properly in place. Upright luggage lockers
