The staff were excellent, they were very helpful, friendly and attentive to our needs. The fact the restaurant is located in the hotel is a big bonus. The breakfast was excellent and we had dinner two nights and the food was fantastic. The hotel is in a great location right in the centre of the city, close to all the shops and amenities. Taxi available outside the hotel to take you to the airport. All the group were so happy with the hotel and would come back again.

Staff allowed us to check into our room on arrival at 8.30 am. The food in the hotel restaurant is very good value and hotel residents receive a 10% discount.

An explanation of how breakfast worked would have been helpful, the first day we did not realise we could ask for frittata.

the staff were amazing on reception. very friendly and helpful. we were on the Camino del Norte and very tired, they made us very welcome and relaxed.
