La situation géographique, la disponibilité du propriétaire, le parking sécurisé.
Seul petit inconvénient, la grande fenêtre bloquée (ce qui peut se comprendre car elle donne directement sur la rue en RdeCh). Dormant toujours fenêtre ouverte, j'aurais aimé pouvoir l'ouvrir en laissant les volets fermés.

La suite d'Isa est très bien situé en plein milieu de Lens, dans une rue calme, le logement est super bien équipé est très propre avec une place pour la voiture ce qui est top !
Le matelas et les oreillers ne sont pas d'une superbe qualité.
