The new Villa Mugeba III is located near Porec and Vrsar in the small village Mugeba . The villa can accommodate up to 16 persons and offers plenty of space for a pleasant holiday. The villa is located just 2km from the beautiful beaches and 1 km from the water park Aquacolors . The villa offers 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a 2 toilettes. The villa consists of two connected housse each with it's own private pool. On the ground floor are the 2 large living rooms with 2 kitchens and dining table. From the living room you have an exit to the pool and the terrace where you can also grill with your friends and family. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor. On the groundfloor are the livingroom, kitchen, dinning room and toilette. The house is pleasantly furnished with garden furniture, barbecue, terrace with sun loungers and sun umbrella next to large private pools. The town of Porec is within 4km of the house. Restaurants, markets and shops are available without the use of a car. The nearest beaches, tennis courts, surfing, ski lift, horse riding are located in the blue and green lagoon (Plava i Zelena Laguna). You must visit Poreč the unforgettable city with a rich cultural heritage.
