For a short stay this is a nice bungalow.

Location lovely.

The bathroom. The ventilation in the bathroom is very poor & it is constantly damp. The shower door leaks and the bathroom floor is always wet. There are no shelves to store toiletries and the floor is always wet.

The sea view and great location. The size is just right. The deck with the jacuzzy. Great value for money.

Great location at a beach, private jacuzzi

Beautiful refurbished villas with private jacuzzi. The houses stand quite close to each other but still offer a lot of privacy. Located just at the sea, with super nice rocky beach and plenty of restaurants. Highly recommend and will come again.

We have very spacey house which was more expensive but very comfortable. Hot tube and grill outside were awesome!

Fantastic house and complex: shame about the local beach!

The property is very stylish, comfortable and modern. The jacuzzi is fantastic! There isn’t a private pool but there are loungers with tree shade. The covered barbecue area with table and chairs is really great. The beds are very comfortable and there’s maid service daily. The complex itself, is much larger than we realised when we booked. However the villas themselves are located in a very quiet and peaceful area. The staff were very helpful, courteous and professional. A problem with the outside speaker was dealt with immediately. The kitchen is very well equipped - kettle, coffee machine and nespresso - even a waffle maker!

By far and away the biggest negative was the local beach. There were loads of jellyfish - live ones on the beach and in the water and dead ones littering and stinking up the beach! So we had to drive a half hour to get to a decent beach. We did use the local one for hiring out jet skis though. Windsurfing board hire is a 20 minutes drive away. There are only a few small criticisms about the house itself. Although there is a microwave and hob, there isn’t an oven. Also there isn’t a washing machine or dryer, which we missed. A mop would have been handy too for wet feet coming in from the jacuzzi. There are also loads of lizards around the property - which may be a problem if, like my wife, you’re phobic of them! We stayed at the end of August, and paid off peak season price: the full price is nearly double it seems!

Haus und Lage einfach ideal für Familien, alles was man braucht ist das. Hund war ebenfalls happy.

Kleinigkeiten müssten saniert werden, am Dach feiern nächstes irgendwelche Wildtiere Parties und das Schlafzimmerfenster geht genau zur Outdoor -Ecke des (lauten)Nachbarns.

Terras ,inrichting van de tafels en stoelen. De keuken kasten waren verschrikkelijk. Je kan niet in de tuin zitten door de muggen. Verschrikkelijk. Binnen zitten met zijn drie of vieren niet mogelijk . Er is een bank voor 2 personen.

Doch nicht gut wie es sein sollte.

Die Lage, die Nähe zum Meer, die Nähe zu Porec, ein Paar guten Gasthäuser in der Umgebung mit gutem Essen. Interessant, Essen ist in guten Restaurants gar nicht so teuer, in schlechten fast gleicher Preis. Insgesamt es ist in Kroatien heuer alles viel zu teuer!

Gelsen! Gelsen, Gelsen ... massenhaft! Du hast nichts von der schönen Veranda mit Griller und eigenem Sprudelbecken! Du kannst nicht einmal draußen essen. Du kannst nicht einmal schlafen, die kommen auch in dein Schlafzimmer! Horror! Die Gastgeber hätten wenigstens auf den Fenstern von Schlafzimmern Netz gegen Gelsen montieren können!!!

Große Ferienanlage für Jung und Alt mit viel Privatsphäre, tolle Uferpromenade, viele Schattenplätze

Das Ferienhaus war sehr geräumig, es gab viel Stauraum für unsere Wäsche, die Küche war umfangreich ausgestattet und das das Haus wurde uns sehr sauber überlassen. Täglich wurden frische Handtücher gebracht. Der eigene Whirlpool war eine tolle Ergänzung und wurde auch gerne von uns genutzt.

Der für unser Haus vorgesehene Parkplatz war für unseren Familien-Van viel zu klein bemessen. Wir konnten aber außerhalb am Straßenrand parken.
