Excellent for small children and great place to be if you just want to relax at apartment near the sea.

The apparent was amazing, it was spacious and comfortable, well equipped. There were mosquito nets. The yard had a mini massaging pool with comfy deck chairs. Everything was clean. I really liked the entry in to the sea, recommend for small children! Extremely nice owner and staff! :)

The apparent is on a hill, so there are no paths for a leisurely stroll. 15 min walk to nearest bakery

Outstanding location, few steps to the sea (being honest: not the most beautiful beach but absolutely okay), great apartments, fully equipped (maybe I missed the microwave), clean and comfortable beds, etc.

The only disadvantage to mention: there are different apartments and each has different advantages (one has a pool and excellent view of Piran, other has a partial view of the sea but jacuzzi, etc.), not clear from the description that you have booked which one.

A nice and quiet place to enjoy life next to the sea

The place is very clean and modern, looks like it was built last year. The apartment and the small garden has everything you need to spend some quiet time and enjoy the sea, cook, grill and chill with your friends or family. The three apartments at the property are completely separate, nothing is shared, everyone can have their privacy. The hosts are glad to help in case you need anything.

You have to drive 20 minutes to get to a decent grocery store, the local stores only carry the most essential stuff. The view from the middle apartment is partially blocked by the apartment nearest to the sea, but still pretty nice.

Villa mit traumhaften Ausblick

Traumhafte Villa mit wundervollem Ausblick. Beim Buchen der Villa ist uns ein kleiner Fehler passiert und wir dachten aufgrund der Fotos, dass wir die Villa mit Infinity Pool gebucht haben, was leider nicht der Fall war. Die Vermieterin hat uns beim Check-In empfangen und da die Villa mit Inifinity Pool an diesem Tag nicht gebucht war, durften wir diesen am Check-In Tag doch benutzen. Mit diesem Entgegenkommen haben wir so nicht gerechnet und hat unseren Aufenthalt umso besser gemacht. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und man kann gut entspannen. Schöne Umgebung, weg vom Massentourismus. Kommen gerne wieder!

Gelsenstecker unbedingt mitnehmen, aufgrund der Lage sind doch sehr viele ungewollte Mitbewohner. ;) Mit Gelsenstecker allerdings kein Problem.

Líbilo se nám všechno, jak ubytování, poloha, vybavení, vířivka, kousek k moři.

Jedna malinká výtka. Na rozkládací pohovce se nedalo spát, chtělo by jí vyměnit, ale to je detail. Jinak vše v pořádku.😁

RUNDUM ZUFRIEDEN!

Ich war bereits mehrfach in der Villa Cablex zu Gast und war jedes Mal rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist für mich ideal: In nur wenigen Schritten ist man direkt am Meer, und auch das Zentrum von Umag ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten bequem erreichbar. Besonders schätze ich die ruhige Umgebung in Kombination mit der Nähe zu Stadt und Strand.
