Location , quiet and if your sat nav is comfortable with the new road layout easy to find.
No TV service and the hosts were away so couldn’t be resolved. Chairs in the kitchen /tv/ non bedroom area were extremely uncomfortable . Would bring my inflatable sofa next time …
