The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortably furnished with a well supplied kitchen.
The host, Alessia, is wonderful and very helpful with everything from where the supermarket is to the best restaurants to try.
The location was excellent, a very short walk to the vaporetto stop, supermarket and the many restaurants on the waterfront.
If you are considering staying here, my advice is to book it before someone else does!

Die Lage war hervorragend.
Nur wenige Schritte zur nächsten Vaporetto-Haltestelle.
Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir erhielten eine Vielzahl von Informationen und Empfehlungen für unseren Aufenthalt. Wir hatten noch nie eine so umsichtige und aufgeschlossene Gastgeberin.
Es gab keinerlei Anlass zu beanstandungen!!!

Die Wohnung wurde neulich komplett renoviert, in einem gehobenen Standard. Sie hat eine komplette Küche, Klimaanlage und einbruchsichere Haustüre. Gastgeberin Alessia hat uns schon am Bootssteg abgeholt und uns die Wohnung im Detail erklärt, ausserdem hat sie uns mit vielen Empfehlungen zu Venedig versorgt. Wir waren schon oft in Venedig, aber diese Wohnung war die beste die wir je hatten.

Alessia is super helpful and attentive. Gives a lot of tips and is very welcoming. The apartment has more than the standard you would expect. It is clean, brand new and very well located near the traggeto stop.
Everything was great but If I should ask for anything it would be a TV also in the rooms. I saw a plug where it should be so I understand it will be there soon. ☺️
