The hostel is good value for money and looks pretty much like it does in the pictures. The mattress was comfortable, although I wouldn’t say the place was particularly clean. When I stayed there, it was unfortunately very quiet and there wasn’t much going on. That can be either a good or a bad thing depending on what you’re looking for. If you want a relaxed atmosphere and a quiet hostel, it’s a good choice. But if you’re looking for a social hostel with lots of people around, it might feel a bit too quiet. The best part of my stay was definitely Imron, who was basically the main person looking after the hostel while I was there. He was incredibly welcoming and made the experience much more personal. He took me surfing, we cooked together, and he even introduced me to a traditional local breakfast. Even though the hostel itself was quite quiet, Imron made the stay really memorable and gave me a great local experience.
