Richmond New Stylish Studio 30mins to Central London

The location was not difficult to get but I rang the property owner and won’t pick calls until I tried to get to booking.com. Even though the property was neat but I was nearly frustrated with the poor administrative arrangement of lack of communication and improper information of a change of room.

No one let know our room allocation has been changed from 4 to 1 until we got there, went to room as initially stated on check in and saw it had been occupied. I first called the property owner several times but didn’t pick and I had to call booking.com before I could be directed to a property owner who spoke to me saying he would have to find me a nearby property. I was disappointed and frustrated not knowing that it was the room number that changed without notice. It was a chat I had with booking.com that saved the night for me; letting me know I could occupy room 1. This is an improper arrangement by the owner.

Ubytovanie je naozaj dobrý deal v pomere cena - kvalita. Boli sme na dve noci a podľa mňa to je ideálne ubytovanie presne na to. Pre nás super bonus self check in lebo nám meškal let a prišli sme až neskoro v noci - nemuseli sme sa stresovať. Akože po prečítaní recenzií sme chytili s mužom teochu obavy ale ubytovanie nás milo prekvapilo. Áno - slabší tlak vody, nedokonalosti na stenách, poucujete zvuky z inych izieb, ale naozaj na taký kratší pobyt, kedy chodíte len prespať a oddýchnuť trochu - vynikajúca cena.

Tak ako som spomínala vyššie, tie nedokonalosti tam sú. Ale v Londýne sme naozaj nenašli porovnateľne ubytovanie za lepšiu cenu !

Could do with some work. For example holes all around the plug sockets, front door lock had to have the key in and twisted from the inside to the lock it from the outside. There was no warning of this and when tried to message/phone the WA number there was no response and they never got back.

Enough to stay for a night. Comfortable bed, kettle with tea, coffee and hot chocolate (although no milk). Nice shower and clean towels. Close to the station and Kew Gardens (which I was there for), and the nearby pub had excellent food. Quick responses to chat requests from owners. Nothing glamorous but that's not what you're paying for, was pleased with what I had.

There wasn't a microwave as indicated. Also I was on the ground floor and the WiFi for the whole building was in my room, which I didn't realise until I'd turned it off by accident! I also couldn't lock my door behind me when leaving, not sure if user error but even with assistance I couldn't work it (luckily I had nothing valuable to worry about and the outer door seemed secure). Might be worth sending people a quick heads up about how to use the lock boxes for keys as it took me a second - I'm not a seasoned traveller!
