The apartment was clean, had all we needed for an over night stay and easy to find - less than a 5 minute walk from the station. We found the area to be quiet, even upon returning late on a friday night. The owner provided fans as our stay was during a heatwave and communicated well, they were friendly and accommodated a slightly later check out due to medical issues.
Rated as is because; the bed needs a better mattress or a topper as it wasn't particularly comfortable. There was no shower mat in the bathroom and the shower is a pretty tight squeeze. It would have been nice to have been provided breakfast essentials - tea/coffee provided but no milk.

Location was fantastic. It had everything we needed and was super clean.
It was very hot but the owner got us another fan which was great.

No breakfast offered. The location was ideal for my needs and not far from Kew Gardens. The flat was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Felt safe and was very content there.
It was only because of the unusually hot weather that the flat did become very warm and a large powerful fan was needed. Normally I think the flat would have been a great temperature.

It was a great location for the underground. Very close to Kew Gardens and on a bus route
With the hot weather this week it was very uncomfortable in the apartment. Despite there being a desktop fan and windows open the heat was intense and sleeping was unbearable 🥵
