A modern, comfortable flat in West London near Kew Gardens

The apartment was clean and check in went smoothly.

There was no instruction/ welcome book to familiarize us with how to connect to wifi, how to use oven and stove etc. We are a senior couple and had been in 5 countries over the last two months staying in many serviced apartments, this was the first one without a welcome book or introductory book. On the second morning, we realized that the washroom only had a half of roll of toilet paper, which was odd as we booked this apartment for a 4 night stay, a clear oversight by the cleaning staff im sure. We looked everywhere and couldn't find any more in the apartment. I messaged the owner and asked if there was more and or could he drop us off another roll and I received a quick response that simply said "we have no more ". So we had to go buy some. Absolutely absurd in our opinion. Also the bathtub was extremely slow to drain, so you stood in a few inchs of water while you showered.
