That’s the rhythm of a stay at Cheese House.
In peaceful San Sai Noi, you’ll have an entire private, two-storey wing with its own entrance, private parking, a small courtyard and a spacious upstairs terrace. With three queen bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to six guests.
Central Festival shopping mall is around 10 minutes away, and Chiang Mai’s Old City approximately 15 minutes away by car or taxi, depending on traffic. You can spend the day exploring temples, browsing markets or heading into the surrounding countryside, then come home to the quieter pace of San Sai.
YOUR OWN SPACE, OVER TWO FLOORS
The whole guest wing is yours for the duration of your stay. Your group has exclusive use of the living spaces, kitchen, courtyard and terrace, with room to spend time together and bedrooms where everyone can enjoy some privacy.
On the ground floor, the living room opens onto a small private courtyard. It’s a pleasant connection between indoors and outdoors, whether you’re starting the morning slowly or settling in after a day out.
There is also a queen bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom. Having one bedroom downstairs gives families and groups more flexibility when deciding who sleeps where.
The Western kitchen has a fridge, gas stove, microwave and kettle. Keep drinks cold, prepare breakfast before heading out, or bring back ingredients from the local shops and cook a meal at home. It’s especially useful for longer stays, families with children, or anyone who enjoys having their own kitchen.
Upstairs, you’ll find two more queen bedrooms, both opening directly onto the large terrace. There is also an upstairs bathroom with a hot shower and a washing machine.
All three bedrooms have their own Daikin inverter air conditioning, so each room can be set to suit the people sleeping in it.

Cheese House has a 1,000 Mbps 3BB fibre internet plan, with recorded speed tests of approximately 600–900 Mbps. The connection has been stable for Zoom, Netflix and everyday online use.
Whether you need to catch up on work, make a video call or watch something after dinner, staying connected is easy.
Private parking is available for a car or motorbike, and your separate entrance lets you come and go at your own pace.
